Kaaval Dheivam (1969)

At Aanaikundram Jail, Superintendent K. Raghavan is no ordinary warden—he's a man of principle who sees each of the 500 inmates not as criminals, but as stories worth understanding. With his wife Alamu, he lives beside the prison walls, offering the compassion of parents to those society has cast aside. Among the inmates is Chamundi, a man whose tragic past still casts a long shadow. In the nearby village of Allikkulam, a young man named Manickam falls in love with Kokila, sparking jealousy in a rival suitor.
