The story begins in two villages facing each other across a river in Thailand’s central region, once as close as family but now bitter rivals who haven’t wanted to look each other in the eye for over a decade. Pride chokes them—whoever gives in first is the loser. Then matters of the heart, wounded masculinity, and a fierce competition enter the picture, fanning the flames even higher.
