Chloe is a 26-year-old accountant who inherited her mother's ability to see spirits. Every year, they reunite with their spirited relatives during the Hungry Ghost Festival. But after her mother's sudden death, Chloe makes the mistake of forgetting an offering during the Hungry Ghost Festival—causing her late mother’s soul to lose her way home.
