Southwestern Sahara. The North Hotel, where Karbofos is hiding. He waits impatiently for a phone call, gets furious at the conditions of the hotel (flies, an idle fan) and goes crazy from the heat, as a result of which he refreshes himself in the refrigerator, from where a dazed penguin runs out due to sweaty fumes.
