STEEL-SURFACE MAGNETIC INSTALLATION — Mount the 3.5-inch magnetic base vertically on a clean, flat ferrous-steel vehicle surface. It will not attach to aluminum, fiberglass, glass, plastic, or composite panels. CHECK SWR AFTER INSTALLATION — Antenna performance depends on placement, vehicle ground plane, cable routing, and nearby metal. Check SWR with appropriate equipment before transmitting; reposition or adjust the installation if needed. PL-259 CONNECTION — Terminates in a PL-259 plug for mobile CB radios with a matching SO-239 antenna jack. It is not a direct SMA connection for handheld radios and does not include an SMA adapter. 18-FOOT COAX AND 28-INCH WHIP — Includes 18 feet of RG-58A/U coax, a 28-inch whip, heavy-duty magnetic base, and an Allen wrench for assembly. CB-FREQUENCY ANTENNA — Designed for 26–28 MHz CB use with 50-ohm impedance and VSWR ≤1.5 under appropriate installation conditions. Compatibility requires the correct connector and installation surface; it is not a universal vehicle or handheld antenna.
